Dr. Ludwig – The Healing Kind
Simply loved Marcia deRousse as Dr. Ludwig in Scratches. 
Marcia said about her scene: “Oh! I loved Eric’s “soothing” mention to Bill that Dr Ludwig had treated one of Pam’s humans who’d been mauled by a werewolf. “He lost an eye, but otherwise, he’s fine.” I can just see her digging out that eye and tossing it aside…She’s quite a gal, that Dr. L.”
I like Dr. Ludwig 
for reprimanding Bill: “Back off, vampire.
Let me do my job” In her fearlessness to Eric and Bill she reminded me of Sookie. Her good-bye to Eric is priceless. “Fuck off.” 
When asked if she her character is supernatural Marcia deRousse replied: “Is she otherworldly? Don’t know myself. But she’s surely either brave or in possession of a mighty big death wish! I really love her.”
I so hope she will be back on the show!

No, I dont think she was more than human…she seemed to me as an old wise doctor, but works for vampires….but on the other hand, Eric was respecting her in some way….who knows?!
Yes I agree with Jana… maybe she knows a lot about them but also she seems a fragile little woman as so there are some strange things on this!
Yeah i agree. I think she’s a human that just knows alot about the supernatural. And she demands respect because she knows what she is doing.

I always thought she was like a gnome or something cause they say she is rather short in the book and she was just taller than the bench in the show.
