I am really excited about this and I have tons of ideas, but I would also like to know what all you fans want to hear about. id like to know how the show compairs to the books and what would happen in the book then maybe i could have an idea of whats going on
I want to know more about that guy that is on the Merlotte´s Kitchen since Lafayette as gone away… is a very suspicious guy don´t you think?
Another thing… I don´t understand who are the missing vampires that Eric is searching for so hardly. I see all the serie until know and I don´t remenber any kind of this situation. The only think I know is the problem at the Bar, that someone was stealing but about those missing vampires, sincerely I don´t remenber.
One more… on the 1st chapter of season 2 we saw the dead lady that was envolved with Tara and her mother. Why was she killed? And why her heart was missing? Remember the stew Maryann is making for the party… very suspicious too
Don´t you think is really weird that Sookie drink human blood so well? It appears to her so natural… But for us, not that way, even if she was a vampire we understand!
Yes I know she only makes it when shes weak and in major wounds, but it seems like she get´s used to it very easily and quickly.
She is very strange… se see soo many things and then go alone to her home… creepy.
Well remember though Vampire blood is different than human blood. It doesn’t have the same taste. She does take it natural but other people in the show and books drink it often too as a drug.
The missing vamps–theres the one in Dallas(Godrick), but then in season one remember when the house was burned by those guys fromt he bar? Sookie thought bill was int ehre but her wasn’t? He wanted to know who had done that as well.
kathy i understand that Eric always want to know what happens when the vampires are missing but i still don´t know who is Godrick and nothing in Dallas, only that murdered maid… in a cafeteria. The murdered of the vampire only the gay one and he discovered it because of that he arrested Lafayette, and the other murder I know is that ones burned up.
Also persons don´t drink V but little portions of it and have big consequences, and Sookie drinks larger quantities and it seems that in her only heals, nothing more! Strange…
Hmm I want to tell you more about him but I don’t know if the show will follow the book so it may ruin it all. I think though that eric mentioned that godrick is older than him and a more powerful vampire…so i think it has to do with repsect and fear. Like eric said if they can get to him(godrick) then they can get to anyone.
Maybe sookie can drink more because when she does drink it she is hurt already and lost a lot of blood? I always thought it was strange that it didn’t effect her in the same sense it does everyone else…
can anyone remeber the first time the show mentioned godrick?

*sookie drinking vamp blood- in the books v is different, reactions depend on age of the blood, person drinking it, how often it is drank, and the vampire giving the blood. i think that she may be immune to SOME bad side affects because of her powers(just like she is immune to glamoring), it also probly helps that she is drinking from a vampire
*terry(the new cook) he is a ‘nam vet in the books and was a prisoner of war for an extended period but a very good person and good friend to sookie
* missing vamps- in the second book they are searching for another vamp by the name of farrell- we may find out that the writers changed the name or that they combined two characters(godric was in the book as well) in the book eric was payed to get sookies help and he may have had orders to get her help but im inclined to believe i was a favor
*Remember the books are very different from the show.
there are about 7 characters at this point that i dont know anything about(either they dont exist, they were killed off already, not introduced yet, or changed all except for the name
I’m really surprised how different the show is from the book. I expected more similarities. For example: I like the fact that Lafayette is alive, but WHY? How will it help in the end?
I read the books and liked them a lot, so I guess it’s hard for me to see a point to changing it.
How come Sookie can drink so much of Bills blood when she needs to heal but when vampire blood is taken as a drug you can only have one drop? Isn’t it the same thing but Sookie just gulps it down.
I just read the earlier posts but I still don’t get why it doesn’t give her any crazy effects like when Amy and Jason took it. The show should explain it I reckon.
Vamp blood for recreational use may be different than healing life threatening injury.
Maria–I so agree with you. Its really hard to see where they are going to take this with him being alive especially since his death was such a huge part of the books. I think at the same time that is what I like about the show, the new possibilities with the story line.
Eric wants to find Godric beacause he is sherrif of area #9 so he is very important especially during that time of vampire history

I think he is looking for Eddie(Amy killed him)…they will go after Jason later on I think…
