It Hurts Me Too – Last Scene
Wow, the very last scene of the most recent True Blood episode (if you didn’t see it go watch it, but if you did see it but don’t really remember it (even though that scene was REALLY memorable) this is what went down: So, Lorena and Bill got into a little fight, which turned into a big fight, which turned into Bill and Lorena having very, very, very, VERY, violent sex, which turned into Lorena saying “I love you” (or somthing along those lines), which majorly pissed Bill off so he grabs Lorena’s head and turns it around…like all the way around. And she begins bleeding from the mouth saying she loves him and so on.)
So what did you guys think of that last scene?
I think (even though you probably don’t care what I think…I’m still gonna tell you anyway) that that scene was pretty freaky. I mean, I love True Blood and watch it faithfully, and I’ve never been grossed out or freaked out about anything on this show until now. When I saw that scene I was a little stunned, it was really…how do I say this…it was really good with the graphics and the like, really life-like looking. But I was just like….”Whoa…what the fuck just happened?” I don’t know, maybe I misunderstood the scene or something, anyone care to explain it too me?

so i think he just got caught up in the emotion of hating her that he…..had…sex with her..hmmm i don’t know i think only the writer of that scene truly understands it

My first reaction was that it was just gross….over the top and way too violent, even for vampires. I think the writers are looking for new story lines, and when not finding them resort to gratuitous violent sex. Huh… used to be just gratuitous violence or gratuitous sex, now it’s both. BTW, this is a rape scene. Rape is not about sexual expression, it is a crime of rage, inadequacy and control. So I guess Bill just wanted to vent his anger and feelings of weakness upon Lorena, by raping her. Ick.

I did not look at it as a rape scene, rape is one person being taken against their will….Lorena wanted it, she said over and over…she didn’t care how she got she just wanted to get it and get it from Bill.
The scene was def cringe worthy for sure, im watching thinking WTF???

In the book it is explained that feeding, fighting and sex are all closely related and they usually follow one another…anyone remember the trunk scene??

But actually I’m kinda happy that what happened at the end, happened. Because now we know that the show is somewhat going to follow the books and *SPOILER* Sookie will turn to Eric, because Bill betrays her.

Have they showed Vamps doing it before? Not sure, but I suppose when Vamps do it with each other it’s probably not so gentle. Just a thought. I guess they were trying to show that with each other they don’t really have to hold back…They can let the inner rage out…???
I know what trunk scene ur talking about and I think that it is a little different. I think that the whole point was to show how traumatized Bill is feeling but how he still is unable to break Lorena’s hold on him. She makes him sex her, but he doesn’t want to. However, it was still a wtf moment because both Lorena and Bill like it rough and it was Bill taking it out on her. She just likes any of his attentions so she takes it. I think he does love her a little, in a twisted way because he only half-heartedly tries to kill her several times.
*SPOILERS*
If you remeber, Sookie has to kill Lorena while Bill is incapacitated and after he betrays her. Eric is her rock at this point, whether she knows it or not yet.
I can’t wait till the next episode comes up on the internet! I have been sucked into the TB universe over night (like seriously over night) so I haven’t read the books yet.
But that scene was… I don’t know… something else.
At first I felt it was a little hot cause’ I’ve never seen Bill that violent with a woman and then…. Quite freaked out about the “whole turning her head all the way around and still fucking her” part… And last but not least I felt my heart sink a little. When Sookie finds out hell is goanna break loose…
Poor Sookie.

But, but, Eric is just so much more of a sweet heart than Sookie. I personally think that she is lucky to be with him later on. I think they make a lovely couple. But, everyone has their opinions…
Well I reackon Bill is not indifferent to Lorena as he makes out.After all she is the one that made him so there is a connection no matter what she has done and also I think the scene was soooo funny when her neck twisted.I just wished they followed the book in this part I wanted to see Sookie kick her ass and get staked in the club and then end up in bed with Eric yummmmmy.
