I don’t care much for the arrogance in your post. *rolls eyes*
I absolutely fail to see what’s wrong with guessing when you don’t know the books.

I am sick of getting reprimanded for speculating by people who have read the books. After season 1 I read the same kind of posts when I speculated that Lafayette was still alive.

Thank you for pointing out that Maryann is not a nice person. There might be one person in the world or so who hasn’t noticed that yet.

Um, okay then no episode ): thats fairly gay.

Well as for Maryann, hasnt anybody read the books? Jesus.

She obversly gains power from being surrounded by those who lose control.
Thats why she takes in people who have had run-ins with the law for minor offences.

Tara has noticed something is up now, judging from last weeks episode. Sookie suggested that Tara should move in with her and then what happens right after? She gets attacked, by something supernatural. That of which the supernatural we havnt yet learned what Maryann is in the shows yet.
Maryann doesnt like losing control of the people around her. She didnt like Sam telling her what to do and to stay away from Tara and the threatens him.
Sookie gets attacked for trying to take tara from her.

Add it up, sure shes an interesting character but she isnt one of the nice ones.
(Though I did enjoy the ‘jesus or gin’ comment. hehe)

I guess its another wait for the episode now. ):

I know what you mean.
In Salem it began with girls dancing naked in the woods. and it ended with over 150 innocent people being accused of wi8tch craft. 19 of them were hanged.
So far, all we can tell about Maryann is that she is about appetite: sexuial and otherwise. We don’t know her agenda yert.
So far it has been about giving. It will be intersting to find out what she wants in return.

The Daphne issue is puzzlins although my concern is about Maryann`s strange powers, I suggest: doesn´t the dancing, the partys in the middle of the night and the pure magic sexy essence in the air remember us our old girls from the iquisition?
I´m jus saying….
