Episode 3: Scratches
Episode 3 – Scratches is here and there’s a lot of hype surrounding it. The season premiere was INCREDIBLE and blew expectations. It was also a record number of people who watched it. Episode two was also pretty sweet. So..can they pull off a hat trick of stellar episodes?In “Scratches,” Bill and Eric team up to save Sookie from a mysterious creature. Meanwhile, over in Bible Country Jason is having second thoughts about the Light of Day retreat anti-vampire agenda, but Sarah and Steve counter his doubts with a healthy dose of sucking up and promises. Sam, who has alienated anyone who will listen, leaves town. Jessica heads over to Merlotte’s, where a smitten Hoyt falls for her. Sounds promising so…WATCH TRUE BLOOD NOW!

the episode is actually called “Scratch My Back”, from what I’ve seen on the official HBO site.
And many, many, MANY thanks for this site!!!! I absolutely looooove True Blood!
Looks to be one of the best episodes yet.
I love how they built on this show and don’t just dick around with petty drama between everyone, but have a good balance of drama, action, romance, and mystery all in one!
can’t wait for Sunday.
I cannot WAIT until tommorrow night. Will this episode be up then?

So….what I am thinking is that Daphine is really the monster that scratched Sookie…..but why? Daphine hardly knows Sookie from what we have seen.

I Marryann was the monster that scratched Sookie. didn’t you notice her pig? I think Daphine is going to do something to Sam for Marryann. Like she’s Marryann’s puppet.
Was Dafney at the party? I thought I saw her drinking what looked to be wine? And how come she had scratches on her back but was fine but sookie was about to die with hers? That lost me a bit….

in the books daphne is a spy i think….but she doesn’t come in until later, and that isn’t her name. i am very confused b/c maryann doesn’t exist in the books either. i dont know what the H is going on. I hate Bill!
maryanne does “exsist” in the books–at least from what we have seen so far they have developed her more on the series. In the book she is the maened(sp)-I can’t remember how to spell it. If you review the book you will see the simularities…they have given her more history in the show and changed around the story line of eggs…Im wondering if they will tie it all back to the book in the end.

I like the books better but the show is great too.
well i think that bill is great, hes so traditonal. Honestly i dont like sam he’s playing sookie and tara and now some new girl. He really should just stick with 1 girl because since they live in a small town things do get around and when they do, well no girl will want to date him. (not that many already should because he’s not that good looking and hes a shape shifter) =)
Is there anyway to watch the episode w/o having to download anything? The downloading stuff isn’t Mac-friendly.
